Before You Visit
Booking a Session
All appointments must be made by phone.
We kindly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to begin your session relaxed and unhurried.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling for all guests:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and could be automatically cancelled.

If you expect to be late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust your time or assist with rescheduling.

Gift Vouchers
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store only.
They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be used toward any service.
